Maybe to revert to 8.6.3 and then switch to 8.6.4??

So, it seems all services are started properly and visible via CLI but not on GUI.

Can you please restart "Cisco RSI Data Collector via CLI? "utils service restart Cisco RIS Data Collector"

DONE it

But the same results

The services not appeared on gui
