Hi everyone,

I have to upgrade Unified communications system CUCM, IMand P from 9.1.2 to 11.0

I would like to know the step by step procedure to upgrade, I have all the licenses.

Please help me to step by step procedure.

Now I need to know the upgrade procedure, ".iso" and "cop" files I need.
