Dear All,
I am running Call Manager version 8.5
Is it possible that i can upgrade Call Manager 8.5 to 9.0 directly.
Kindly gudie me if i am wrong.

Just to add that you have to install ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.1.cop.sgn file before proceeding with the upgrade.
You also have to convert your unused 8.5 License to 9.x and install them in 8.5 before upgrade,

Hi,
you can upgrade from CCM 8.5 to CCM 9. you need just to make sure that your server support the new CCM version.

Did you upgrade CallManager 8.5 to version 9, Please share your experience
I am planning to upgrade CallManager 8.5 to 9 and would like to knwo the sequence of upgrade as well as License procedures.
Did you upgrade unity connection as well to version 9 or is it backward campatible with CUCM version 9
