Upgrade options with SSH communication with CUCM

During an upgrade of CUCM 6.1.4 to CUCM 6.1.5(SU2), I lost communication with the server during the reload process.  I'm fairly certain the iso file is on the server--and I do not know why I lost communication with the server.  ( I am in US; server is in London).   I can SSH to the server....but attempts to reload server or finish the upgrade on it have been unsuccessful.

The output of the show status command indicates that it's still using 6.1.4.200-2.  Thus the upgrade file did not fully load.

What can I do to finish or restart the upgrade?  The CLI guide has not been all that helpful.

To start the upgrade from the command line just run "utils system upgrade initiate" and then answer the on screen questions.  If you want to check the status of the previous upgrade attempt run "utils system upgrade status".

Thanks Joemar2!

I ran the "utils system upgrade status" and I could see several lines of Java code scrolling down my screen.  When it ended (which only took a couple of seconds).  I tried a 'show status' command--and I still show 6.1.4.2000-2.

I assume there is a way to do a 'reload' command remotely right?  I'm looking around for that.

Next step is to try the "utils system upgrade initiate" .

If by reload you mean to reboot the server you can do a "utils system restart".
