Upgrade procedure and path for CUCM 7.1(5) to 8.6

Hi,

My CUCM is 7.1(5) and i would like to upgrade this to 8.6 in a single hop.

1. Can anyone provide me the related path for upgradation procedure and downloading the software.

2. What are the challenges if i have Unity connection 7.1.5.

3. What are the challenges if i have a CUBE.

There's one extra step in your upgrade, you have to install this cop file: ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.0.cop.sgn on your current version to detect 8.6 as a valid update. It can be found under the utilities section of the above download link since this is a refresh upgrade.  As proof you can directly update this chart shows 7.1(5) to 8.6(1) is allowed
