Upgrade UCCX 9.0.2 to 11.5 error not valid MD5

Hi Team

 

I'm in process to upgrade UCCX version 9.0.2 to version 11.5, i installed the ciscouccx.refresh_upgrade_v1.11.cop.sgn and the ciscocm.version3-keys.cop.sgn but all the installation fails whit the error in the image attached

Upgrade Scenario

Tasks

10.0.x to 11.5.x

9.x.x to 11.5.x

Single Node Setup:

  1. Apply COP File, so that when you upgrade later, the system can detect whether the upgrade is an RU or not.

     

    1. Go to URL: http:/​/​software.cisco.com/​download/​navigator.html

       

    2. Enter your username and password and click Log In.

       

    3. Choose from the list Products > Customer Collaboration > Contact Center Solutions > Unified Contact Center Express > Unified Contact Center Express 11.5(1).

       

    4. Click Unified Contact Center Express Upgrade Utilities.

       

    5. Download the COP file.

       

  2. Upgrade Unified CCX Using Web Interface or Upgrade Unified CCX Using CLI

     

  3. Check and Perform Switch Version.

     

  4. Verify Version of Unified CCX

     

  5. Verify Status of Services

     

  6. Upgrade Unified CCX Clients

Did you install 'ciscocm.version3-keys.cop.sgn' on all nodes in the cluster. From CLI apply this command and post the output file view install system-history.log

Have you tried to restart cucm nodes and see if the upgrade goes through

Hi, yes and the active version in ethe cluster is 9.1 and the inactive are 11.5.

Tou are running 9.0(2). Can you try to go to 9.1 then to 11.5. I know the
upgrade path says that you can go direct but just a thought

Hi, yesterday upgrade to latest version of 9,0 (9.0.2.11002-27), an today the iso to upgrade proceess pass, but stops in sme point, can you check the ouput attached? Thanks a lot
