Hi everyone,
I'm trying to upgrade from CUCM 8.5 to 9.1.2. A cop file has to be installed called ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.3.cop.sgn (I have used it before) but I can't find it anywhere only find version 5 (ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.5.cop.sgn).
My question is, Does Refresh-Upgrade-Version-5 replace version 3? If the answer if no, where could I locate the file?
Regards
