upgrading firmware of one phone

 Hi Experts,

I want to upgrade one ip phone 7962 registered in cucm 11.5. I have done following steps.

Phone Load Name: SCCP42.9-4-2SR1-1S

Load Server: IP address of one voice gateway

This gateway is acting as tftp server. files are in flash files and telephony service is running.

I am now resetting this phone from web then restarting to get upgraded but it again comes up with old firmware. Any suggestions? Many thanks.

Debug TFTP on the router and see if it does get a request, and if it does, if it finds the file

This is for CME then and not CUCM. Do you have the correct Option 150 configured correctly to point to this router acting as TFTP server ?

Not necessarily, he specified he's using the load server option in CUCM to force the phone to use a specific TFTP for the FW, he's using that ISR to work as the TFTP holding the FW.
