URGENT - BRI voice card

Hi all,

Firstly, we have run into a serious issue in a remote office installation where it turns out that the voice card we have does not support voice. It is:

HWIC-4B-S/T

Now I need to know if the following card does support voice:

WIC-1B-S/T V3

Does anyone know if the above supports voice and if it does not, can you recommend a BRI card that will support voice?

Hi Shane,

Sadly that module does not support Voice

Here is one choice;

VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE

May I make a comment and please don't get offended by it.

Do you use a reputable consultant, or certified Cisco partner when designing and implementing your network?

Because your issue is of the type that happens when one doesn't.
