Can I call up a conference with two people at once call?

Such as User A dial a number at one time, and then user A can line up user B and user C and form a conference.

Conference is when there is three or more party in a call.

adhoc conference, when u are on call with one person u can add more people to the same call and make it a conference.

What call control platform are u using ?
