use jabber for android mobile with CME router version 10.0

what is the steps I should follow to make the phone registered to CME router version 10.0 using IOS 15.4

Jabber for Android is not supported with CME 10.0 as per the following

can you please tell what is configuration required on router to  jabber for windows 
also what version of jabber will be supported if i would use Windows 7 or 8 or 10

Also is Iphone supported if yes what version if mobile ios supported and what version of jabber for iphone.
