Currently we have a client using CUCM 9.1.1.2000-5 users can add contact on their CUCMEND user page but it wont show up on your phone personal address book, they are using 7945 and 7965 phones?
Any thoughts....

Is the phone and the account link to eachother?
Is the phone Own by the user, and the primary line selected on the end user page?

Yes phone is attached to user profile and user also select the primary number.
They can see those contact on ccmuser page but it won't show up on their phone personal address book

You are most likely hitting
CSCue60831 behavior like the you discribe has been observe.

This bug says can't add contact from subscriber phone but user can add contact from CCM user page so should we consider it issue link with same bug.
Please advise

I know about the details of the bug, but as I mention I had observe behaving like this on live enviroments.
If you will like to double check, I wonder...
1-PAB does open without problems on your phone?
2-Can you add the entry from the phone?
3-Corporate directory works fine?
if you answer its, yes, no, yes, then you have a root, otherwise we could be looking in a couple of things...
