User creation via CUCM when synchronized with LDAP

Can end users still be created via cucm when integrated with LDAP or must all used be creating via LDAP?

You can have both locally crated users in CUCM and LDAP synced users.

I believe in 7.X it was all ldap or nothing but that limitation if it did exist is long gone.

CUCM 9.x and above can have both, earlier releases it was all LDAP or all local
