Hi experts!
So i have a very small but frustating problem. My user (John Doe) extension (8039000) can not be dialed from corporate directory. I have dialed that extension (8039000) from entering the number via button, and it works.
But when i dial 8039000 from corporate directory it does nothing!
Here are the spesific steps : I choose corporate directory, type john in first name field, find john doe in the list, and hit dial option. And it does nothing. I tried to choose another user extension (ex:chris), and chris can be called from the corporate directory.
Any suggestion?

I have called that extension via corporate directory with several ip phones. Nothing work.
And hei i got another clue, several new useres which i just configure/add their extension, they appeared in corporate directory, but the also can not be dialed from corporate directory.
