User Extension can not be dialed from Corporate Directory

Hi experts!

So i have a very small but frustating problem. My user (John Doe) extension (8039000) can not be dialed from corporate directory. I have dialed that extension (8039000) from entering the number via button, and it works. 

But when i dial 8039000 from corporate directory it does nothing!

Here are the spesific steps : I choose corporate directory, type john in first name field, find john doe in the list, and hit dial option. And it does nothing. I tried to choose another user extension (ex:chris), and chris can be called from the corporate directory.

Any suggestion?

What do you mean it does nothing? Are you getting busy tone or the call
isn't triggered

The call is not triggered. 

Is this for all phones. Have you tested it with another one?

I have called that extension via corporate directory with several ip phones. Nothing work.

And hei i got another clue, several new useres which i just configure/add their extension, they appeared in corporate directory, but the also can not be dialed from corporate directory.
