User locale for CCM 7.1(5a)

Hi all,

I am not able to find the link of the user locale for the CUCM version 7.1(5a) on the cisco website !! Please advise ...

I tried to install the one I found for the version 7.1.5.1200, but its ending with "update locale failed" on the phones.

You have the correct version of the locale.

Here is what you can try:

1) Force the phone to use the "English locale", then reset the phone

2) Configure the phone to use your specific locale, then reset the phone.
