users can not log out from IP Communicator

Hi all,

 

I'm having troubles users cannot log out from IP Communicator any idea what is the problem?

Hello,

I guess you are referring to extension mobility on IP Communicator registered on CUCM.

Have you tried to go to CUCM Admin->Device-> Phone -Select IP Communicator->Extension Information and Log out User? Can you verify that this works for you?

Can you also check that the Service URL is resolvalbe by these users?
