Hello,
I have had a license inconsistency I guess for the more than 60 days and users are not able to access their voice mailboxes now. I've deleted some old users from the system and re-synced license server, so everything is in complience now, but when I press voicemail button on the phone it still dialing 100 number.
Please advice?

You can try restarting the Conversation Manager service. If that does not work, you'll need to restart the server.

OK, if I'll restart it, will that affect phones operation?

No, restarting CUC will not effect phone operation.
