We set up some phones with a shared line and would like to be able to share the line with up to 11 phones. The line we use is our company's emergency telephone number so they all want to pick up and listen together. Currently only 4 phones can "barge" in and share conversation. Is there a setting required to increase this number from 4 to 11? The phones are 7962 models and we are running CUCM 6.1.3.
Disable the built-in bridge and instead use a HW or SW CFB
