Using Cisco router with 2 CSU/DSU interfaces for B8ZS to AMI conversion
This is going to sound a little strange, but has anyone ever tried to convert a B8ZS/ESF T1 to AMI/D4 using a Cisco router with voice, some DSP voice channels and 2 CSU/DSU interface WICS?
I have a legacy phone system that only supports AMI/D4. The T1 from the Telco is B8ZS/ESF. An Adtran CSU is providing the conversion today but we suspect it is failing. I am sure this is possible using a dialing plan, but I have never attempted it. Anyone have any adivce or pointers?
All of our extensions begin with a 2 and are 4 digits long.

Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
