Using Cisco RTM trace caller id number lookup

I am having a problem with the incorrect caller ID going out external. Can I use RTM to see what is actually going out on the external trunk and see what is the actual ID being sent out? What would I use as the configuration items in RTM to download the correct logs.?

Debug your GW to find that out, if you see the right numbers, then CUCM is sending the right info, if you DO NOT see the right numbers, then go back to CUCM to review your configuration.

The problem I have is that I cannot access my gateway. I am using the providers SBC for my SIP Gateway, and they cannot seem to figure out one way or the other what is causing the problem. That is why I was asking for the best way to know that I am sending them the correct ID? The actual problem is that for one of my DIDs out of 40, that DID is going out with a different phone number and company name, all my other DIDs work fine both the company name and each individual DID phone number.
