Hello everyone!
I have a Cisco 2811 with a few PRIs in it we use for local inbound/outbound stuff. This gateway isn't too busy but I'm trying to find a way to determine its utilization. The servicability tool is useless of course and returns all 0s. In RTMT I can see all outbound calls just fine. But any call originating from the PSTN to UCM I can't find a way to record in RTMT.
In UCM I have an outbound trunk setup and an inbound trunk setup. I have a dial peer for each available UCM server for the 2 sets of DIDs we have available. Everything works great I just can't seem to find a place to record the historical using RTMT for calls coming off the PSTN inbound to UCM.
My inbound PSTN dial-peer is:
dial-peer voice 5 pots
call-block translation-profile incoming call_block
incoming called-number .
direct-inward-dial
Then it'll match an outbound to UCM peer (example):
dial-peer voice 1007 voip
description INCOMING FROM PSTN TO CUCM SERVER
preference 4
destination-pattern 5...
voice-class codec 1
session protocol sipv2
session target ipv4:<Server - IP REMOVED - >
dtmf-relay cisco-rtp rtp-nte
no vad

Hello there...don't know if this would help but would something like this work for you?:

If it works yes What is that program? Looks like MRTG

Although it looks like MRTG, it is not. It's taking the CDR logs from CUCM and based on the timeframe desired, doing a per second analysis of the number of concurrent calls though the PRI/Trunk and then producing/graphing the results.
