Hi all,

I want to have the voice quality by MOS on internal and external calls in my cluster.

The frst steps,

     CDR Enabled Flag : TRUE

Call Diagnostics Enabled : Enabled Only When CDR Enabled Flag is True

CUCM version : 7.1.3.32900-4

Why the filed varVQMetrics is at NULL ????

Thank you for your answers !

Matthieu

What protocol is used to setup the call leg? Some protocols like SIP and H323 don't support delivery of Call Metrics, only SCCP and MGCP have some messages designed to exchange this information when the call is disconnected.

Thank you Robert

You are right, all my GW are in H323

Now, it's clear

Best regards,

Hello All,

I would like to know if the CSF should be showing the varVQMetrix as null or should it be showing the numbers in the CMR /CDR. I am using the SIP protocol. This is cisco webex CSF device type.

I came across two bugs for CIPC.

CSCts14642 /

CSCsv65308

Did someone come across this? Help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
