( VERY URGENT !!! ) ATA 187 with CME 9.0 issue

Hi Team

I'm attaching the config template of the CME with this request .

There is an ATA 187 and CME (having OS 9.0 beta version that supports ATA 187).

The phones connected to the ATA 187 are having only the busy tone .

Kindly please send me the debug commands that can help me in trouble shooting the issue .

Please consider his request as highly urgent and critical .

The newest IOS has some toll frout aplication that blocks incoming calls for any untrusted ip so the exemple below may help, if not please collect

-debug ccsip message

-debug voice ccapi inout

Please also collect:

sh voice register pool all

Check if the ATA is full register.

Hi,

I tried ATA 187 with CME 9.0

I think Cisco still didn't give support for ATA 187 on CME 9.0 that I found the same error in "debug tftp events" appear for both CME 7 and CME 9

the debug say that the ATA successfuly got the cnf.xml configuration file but can't find the CTLSEPata.mac.add.tlv

I don't know why ATA is looking for CTL.tlv file,, but it is the case for both CME 7 and CME 9

For the trusted list command,, I don't use it and all IP Phones can call each other and can call PSTN
