VG202 Fax Trouble shooting

The Problem: i have configured a VG202 as a analouge gateway  for 2 fax machines to work with CUCME. I have been unsuccessful in getting the inbound fax's to work. With the results of debugs showing the phone as busy. However the fax machine is able to send faxes externally.

1. Unable to make Inbound Fax calls
   • No Dial Tone
   • Fax does not answer incoming call
   • Fax drops out as busy in debug isdn q931

I was wondering if any body had has similar problem with this particular piece of hardware.

What do you get when you simply call the extension of the fax?

Can you post config from your CME as well?

Is there a reason your are doing SCCP for fax with CME as oppose to H323 or SIP?

Can you post "debug voice dialpeer" from both routers?

Problem Solved,

Client placed the fax on the incorrect port.
