Have an issue where a user requires an analog phone, but they also need the ability to either put the call on hold (at a bare minimum) or transfer it to another user. I realize the analog gateways are limited...but this is a particular case where we don't have any other options. CUCM version is 9.1.2, gateway is a VG202XM.
Have any of you come across a similar situation and were you able to work around it somehow?
