VG204 phones shows Registration Rejected

1)I have CCM and i have registered VG204 with CCM and it was working fine but now suddenly the phones connected on VG204 shows registration rejected,i am also attaching screenshot for the same

Hi mate,

Did you reset the gateway in CUCM after you created lines?

Do you mind posting the gateway configuration (sccp/stcapp and dial-peers)?

What do you have on "show stcapp device summary"?

have a look at the "show stcapp device summary":

the device names do not match MAC address from the CUCM gateway port configuration.

Try using correct MAC in CUCM gateway config and don't forget to reset the gateway after configuration update.

BTW it seems that this gateways ports are already registered with CUCM.

Are you sure you are looking at the right gateway?

Yes i am looking at my PRIMARY gateway 10.2.5.11 and there it shows that registration rejected

I will again check and come give me 5min

But these MAC addresses are the Vg204 MAC addresses of the 4 ports and they come automatically

ITs, the right gatway and correct VG204 Box i am js getting ngaged tone
