HI everybody,
I found a VG224 on my warehouse and I need to use it for a client, but I dont have the patch panel, nor the cable that joins VG224 to this patch panel.
Can anybody tell me what are the references of those items?
Thanks

Hello,
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/access/vg224/hardware/installation/guide/hig/higcabl.html#wp1006993
You will need buy a patch panel externally - Usually we fit the tip & ring wires to RJ45 pins 4 & 5 for every circuit on a RJ45 patch panel.

Hi there,
Like my friend Alex nicely noted (+5) these parts will need to be purchased separately but should be widely available.The Amphenol connector port (called an RJ21) on the VG224 is Female so you will need to order a Male RJ21 cable like the example below;
http://www.stonewallcable.com/product.asp?dept_id=102&pf_id=SC-9754
Then the 24 port, rack mounted Patch Panel (without needing to terminate the cable with Bix or 110 connecting tools on terminating blocks rather just a direct RJ21 cable connector) would be something like the example below;
http://www.cablingsys.com/iteminfo.asp?productcode=017-224M62U
These are just examples of the individual parts, you can even get them directly via something like this example;
Cheers!
Rob
