Hi All,
I'm having an issue with my VG224 analog phone.
The VG is registered to CUCM.
and i have assigned a DN to the phone.
Previously, the analog phones register to the CME.
But now we configure the phone on CUCM.
We are able to dial to the phone, but when they pickup the handset.
as soon as they offhook, they area getting "the call can not be complete as dial, please consult your directory.....
phone are not configure as plar in cucm.
but we still have the old config in the CME.
attched is the screen shot of cucm and show run of the VG224.

Hi,
you have this config still present in the VG:
sccp plar
voiceport 2/0 dial 86022901
voiceport 2/1 dial 86013322
voiceport 2/19 dial 86022903
voiceport 2/20 dial 86013322
If your phone is connected to one of those voice-ports, maybe this is the issue.
But you can delete it anyway. If you need PLAR, you should configure it in CUCM.

plar have been removed from config.

Have you checked the logs (CUCM and VG)? Any config in VG or CUCM seems to kick in, but without logs it's hard to say.
