VG224 with CCM 7.1.2 using MGCP

Hello,

I'm having trouble solving the following problem:

I have a VG224 integrated with CCM 7.1.2 using the MGCP protocol. The VG224 is a subsidiary and the CCM in the array via a MPLS. When an extension is configured on the VG224 that puts the other person on hold, music on hold plays, but after 15 seconds the call is disconnected it for calls when the PSTN or VOIP calls.

I checked CODEC through the cloud.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Why are you using MGCP? Best and solid results off VGs are achieved with SCCP.

Hi,

I am migrating some sites to SCCP, but this site will be migrated only next year and follows the timeline of the company. Now this site is with a Music on hold for a year and am having these problems the call get disconnected after 15 seconds.

If it was working before, then stopped suddently, try reloading the VG. That is also a good occasion to update IOS.

Ok I'll try to accomplish these steps, but if it does not have anything else that might be?
I checked the settings and the codec is ok. IP Phones do not happen in this issue.

No config changes, things stop working == data corruption bug.

Very common in IOS.
