I have a CISCO2921/K9 with UC license and I have two slot with VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE.
I have 4 phones connected to al ports of VIC2-2BRI-NT/TE modules (at the moment slot 0 and 3). Phones connected to slot 3 do not work because interface bri0/3(0 and bri0/3/1 have protocol down. Sometimes protocol is up, phones will work but after 15 min protocol goes down again.
If I connect phones from slot 3 to 0 they will work just fine so for me it seems hardware problem. Already tried two different VIC in different slot and never worked.
Since protocol is sometimes up I thinking that I might be missing something but all configs are the same for slot 0 and 3, as you can see below:

I am trying to open a TAC case but authorized Cisco ID to open cases is from a former colleague and I am waiting for Cisco to assign authorization for my ID. Meanwhile I ask for your help, hoping that answer can come up here :)
