Hi
I have two Cisco Video Phones model 9951 and 9971 and using cucm version: 7.1.3.21900-4.
i tried to configure two phones to have video call but i was not able to achieve it.
Below are the steps that i performed.
Step # 1 . I enabled Cisco Camera from system >>> Enterprise phone configuration>>>cisco camera = enabled
Step # 2.Under Device Configuration of 9951 and 9971>>>Back USB Port = Enabled becaues 9971 and 9951 has connected to back usb port.
Still no success.
How i can make video possible between two cisco video phones
waiting for a favourable reply

If I am not mistaken, you will need UCM7.1(5) to ensure that all video capabilities of the 99xx are fully functioning.

Can you check to see if you can preview the video? Also what firmware versions are your phones running

Hello,
we had the same problem last week too. If your IP Phone's connected via PoE - try to use the power adapter (Power Cube 4).
Sometimes the output power of the PoE Switch is not enough.
