Video Call Issue only with Cisco Jabber App calling to Cisco IP Phone

Support,

With the recent update of the Cisco Jabber App version 15.0.3.309652 from the Apple store we have noticed that when we call to Cisco IP Phone Model CP9971  the user cannot see the video coming from Cisco Jabber.

But the Cisco Jabber Application can see the video.

Can anyone assist me please?
