Video Call problem on site-to-site VPN

Hello everybody,

I've got a problem on Video Call through Site-to-Site VPN

Here is the environment

Local Site

CUCM8.6

Remote site

IP phone 8961

IP phone 9951 with Camera

I have established a Site-to-Site VPN on local site's ASA and connected to remote site's router

all IP phones are able to registered to CUCM remotely, and make calls successful

However, for the camera on 9951, it cannot show/transfer the video to 8961

* I'm sure the camera with 9951 are working fine, because it has been plugged to another CUCM cluster and well tested.

Anybody knows... is there anythings i should check with? or missing configuration?

Hi,

Are you blocking UDP ports, I use the below links for tandberg. Try one of them, hoping one of them help you
