video calling feature is not available in 9971 IP phone.

I have 9971 IP phone but video calling feature is not available in it. I am using Call Manager System version: 7.1.3.32900-4. And i dont find any enable video call  option in it. Please help me regarding this. Also the Active Load ID of 9971 ip phone is----sip9971.9-0-1SR1.loads.

Add videoCapabilities & ciscoCamera for 9971 and 9951  Phones

Symptom: Cannot enable video capability or ciscocamera  for 9971 and 9951 phones Conditions: Config item  missing from phone config page Workaround: Install a  device pack that has these changes.
