Virgin Mobile Phone rings once and then goes to fast busy when caller id is enabled. Works fine when you take called id off. Other Mobile phones work fine. The call is going into an FXO port on a Cisco 2911 Version 15.2(4)M4. We are running call Cisco Manager 9.1.. A debug of the call is attached. Below is the FXO port config on the router. This is a problem on several different gatways.

Can you try adding
!
voice-port 0/1/3
shut
caller-id alerting dsp-pre-alloc
no shut
!
to your config and retest

I tried that config and the call goes in but I only get "From O" as my caller ID on all calls.
