I am working on a system that was upgraded to 12.5(1) SU1 and when the receptionist user tries to delete the voicemails delivered via a distribution list in unity connection they get an error on the phone "Error setting the properties of this message: SetMessageFlagsCommand:" I have attached the image from the phone. Are there any limitations of visual voicemail with users configured for a distribution list?
