We are using cisco unity 4 and MS exchange in the same server. Voice mails are not moving from the unity to exchange for some of the extenisons. Voice mails for the all users are working fine but only few users are reporting that they are not getting the voice mails. I already rebooted the server and ran voice mail wizard but no luck. Can some one help me on this.
Unity and Exchange on the same box really shouldn't need much configuration. If you have a user in that setup where the messages are getting stuck in the MTA directory and not being delivered to exchange (ie no MWI) get the newest version of the GUSI tool, install it, generate the cab file and open a tac case.
