Voice command not supporting cisco 4331 ISR Router

I have one router cisco 43331 ISR router to be configured for Voicde SIP ling from PSTN. when i tried to put voice cammand , its not supporting any command for voice service.,  I m thinking this may be licence isuue. because uck9 not active, can anybody confirm this.Below is result from sh licence . if licence issue what shoud i do to get licence.

Hello @jaleelkv,

"uck9" feature is in an "EvalRightToUse" state, which means it's an evaluation license that has not been activated. This could be the reason why the voice commands are not working.

Please enter @Nithin Eluvathingal command suggested. 

This command should activate the "uck9" license.

licence boot level uck9

And answer <yes>

license boot level sets the overall license level for the entire router, license boot module allows you to set the license level for specific modules or subpackages.

You are in EvalRightToUse.

Do 

license right-to-use activate (move) uck9 to be in permanent 

Reload again after that and check the license status.

But still not working voice command

even after boot using 

licence boot level uck9, i cant enter voice commmand, licence showing   60 days validity as below

Thank you all.. now i can use voice command , but i have one doubt. what will happend after 60 days of licence validity . can anybody help me regarding this

Now uck9 licence remaing only 59 days as below

RTU after 8 weeks it will move to permanent.

 

upgrading to latest version  you must  connect with a smart account

Thank you for your valuable reply.
Now i have another issue for this router . when booting it showing
flash_check: Flash disk qu
ota exceeded [free space is 576688 kB] - Please clean up files on bootflash

router is experiencing too much slow

Also i saved all concfiguration by wr mem command and when i reboot all
configuration gone.
may be this issue related flash memmory. how can fix

Highly recommended to remove unwanted files from flash.

removing old iOS images will free up space.
