Camélia

Hello community;

I have an issue with a VG-3745 where there is two analog lines configured on two different ports ,2/0/0 and 2/0/1.

The problem is that when i dial one particular line number, both of these two ports lights while the call blocks.

I don't know what is the problem, if any one can help, i would appreciate.

I need also the command of the VG which will allow me to see witch line is used the during the call.

Best regards.

Hello Zekeria;

Thanks a lot for the commands, any idea about the problem above.

Regards.

please post the output for the above commands to check the issue.

show voice call status:

show call active voice compact :

Hi Camelia,

This looks like a loop issue;

0x2E7      13A2 0x64D3D128         1/0/2       1/1        4312         g711ulaw        152/161
0x2E8      13A2 0x64D51E98         2/1/0       1/1       *4312        g711ulaw        161/152

As you see the call is coming from dial-peer 152 going to 161 and then reversing back to 161 then to 152.

Please post GW config.

Hi Camelia,

'm confused about your setup, can you explain whats connected to both analog lines and provide the number of calling from?

As I understand

A.) Calls incoming from Voice-Port 1/0/2

B.) Voice Port has plar opx to 2000

C.) looks for a incoming(Leg-1) dial-peer but with no match it resorted to matching dial-peer 152 as a last resort because of the port 1/0/2

* Answer-Address will not be matched because the calling number is not 2000, try changing to incoming-called number to match all calls coming from voice-port 1/0/2

D.) The called number(2000) is changed to 4321, how?

F.) The call is forwarded to voice-port 2/0/1 via dial-peer 161, but the destination-pattern is 10T,and the call is forwarded using called-number 4312

I dont know what going on, are you leaving some configuration out from your dial-peer.

To resolve this issue, post all configuration and the below debugs.

Debug voice ccapi inout

debug voice translation-rule

Kindly rate.

Hello Zekeria;

Here below another explanation of the issue:

- there are two analog lines (comming from the PSTN) witch are pluged in two voice ports: 2/1/0 and 1/0/2

- when we call on the first line, both two ports switch on with green light, and even if we cut the call,  ports stay switched on green in the back of the VG.

- forgive me i did a mistake on my post, it is not 4312 it is 2000.

- Dial peer 161 is configured for 1000, and 152 for 2000

- please note that, there is an intercom line configured between 1000 and 2000.

thanks for your interest, and don't hesitate for any further questions

Regards.

about the commands, here below the outputs:

Debug voice translation-rule : this command wasn't accepted

Debug voice ccapi inout :

                   > voice ccapi inout debugging is on

Use:

debug voice translation

 debug voip dialpeer inout

ok ,it's done, but it gives no other output than "debugging is on " for both commands

Hi Camelia,
I think you have missed to enter terminal monitor command there..I know this is a too late reply..coooooll
