Vg224 status unknow on cucm this gateway contains ports for fax.
>not able to ping to vg224 other vg224 are pingable.
Main gateway is h.323 which is working fine
How to troubleshoot the VG224 why its not reachable ?

Sounds like a network problem. Is your PC on the same subnet as the gateway? Could be a VLAN issue on the switch. Check IP address, subnet mask and gateway on the VG224.

My pc is on same subnet as that of gw.

Connect to voice GW via console cable from your PC and investigate network connection.
Make sure the GW is not shutdown.

ok but its on remote site will test the device.
Is there any way where I can take the logs from RTMT for call manager( which one I have select the services event logs or syslog) to isolate the exact issue with gateway.
