Hi,

None of the debug commands like show isdn q931 or show voice ccapi inout is running in my voice gateway 3925 . am not being able check my incoming and outgoing calls. Can anyone help me with this..

Hi,

Did you do a term mon?

Also do you have logging enabled on a buffer. Can you do show log.

The debug commands are

debug isdn q931 & debug voice ccapi inout. It should work if you do term mon as suggested by Payal.

But I hope you are not using

show isdn q931 &show voice ccapi inout as you have mentioned here.

Hi All,

Though i have given those two commands mentioned by senthil n payal , it was not working .

But after giving the command "logging monitor debugging" it worked.
