Voice hunt group - Call fails when one phone is disconnected

Hi, I have a hunt group that works fine as long as the phones are online but fails when one of the phones (DN 107) is disconnected (via wireless) from CUCM. Is there any way I can do to allow the hunt group to continue even if one of the phones in the group is disconnected?

What happens if you change the hunt strategy from parallel to another? E.g. sequential?

What version of CUCME is installed?
