voice mail and mwi

Hi,

If voice mail is sent as an attachment  to email , if it  played by the user , mwi can be turned off ?

yes if you use unity/exchange integration, as soon as the message is read the MWI will go off.

if this is not working, state your integration and versions.

If you use unified messaging then, yes. If you using send email action only
then, no.
