i have CUC Ver. 8.6 and when i forward user to his voicemail i hear system general greeting not user voicemail ,
any one have idea about this problem please help .
what happens when you press the message button on the user phone, do you hear the user greeting?
Are you sending the digits CUC is expecting??
Also check the direct or forwarding call rules, someone might have changed something there.

Make also sure that user has been imported in cuc db with his right extension.
