I am using CUCM 10.5.2
I am having an issue where a user pushes the button for voice mail but it just rings with out an answer.
The voicemail pilot is DN 1008. All the info looks correct. What are some trouble shooting steps I can take?

If you dial the VM pilot directly, does it work?
Just one phone? all phones?
Is the VM profile properly configured?
