If you have configured more mailbox than licenses, voicemail will stop working. You can see that with show voicemail mailbox.
Either reduce mailboxes, or add licenses.

Dear David Hailey,
Can you help me in this regard...

It would be prudent to first grab output of 'debug ccsip mess' and 'debug voip ccapi inout' off CME during a failure, to see who is disconnecting and why. It may not be a license issue.
05-11-2011 11:27 PM
Thanks Steven Holl for the inputs i will capture all the required debug & will sahre with you asap.
b ut i have alreday capture some ccsip message debug please have a look .
voice mail pilot number is 998.

I need more than just a snip of a single message for an analysis. A single ACK isn't sufficient to look at a SIP call failure.
You should see something close to this for a SIP call:
It's likely worth you time to familiarize youself with what the basic SIP call flows look like:

Debugs show the issue is on CUE--it is returning a 486 Busy.Direct troubleshooting to CUE. Can you dial an AA on the CUE properly?

05-16-2011 11:26 PM
Hi,
- Did AA successfully transfer calls to the extension? Have you tried the following?
- remove newly added mailboxes then test
- Reload the CUE
Can you post here your CUE and CME configuration?
