How do I reset a voice mail box on a cisco IP phone 7960?

Hello,

When you say reset, are you looking to just reset the PIN on the voicemail account?  Or are you looking to wipe clean while keeping the account intact? 

The PIN can be reset from the Unity Connection Admin page and locating the user and doing an Edit / Change Password.

If its the latter you can use the Bulk User Delete tool from www.ciscounitytools.com which will allow for a more granular way to reset settings such as clearing messages from a voicemail box for example.

Or are you trying to reset the red message light?

That is easy to do, just google reset mwi sensors.
