Hi guy's I am trying to setup a voice mailbox to my users using CCA 3.0 on a UC560 Router and it is not working. Whenever I tried to open my messages using the voicemail extension that I define I just get a busy tone. I tried to login on Voice View Express and Using my User ID (extension Number) and it saying that I should change my PIN first, I am a newbie on VOIP and would really appreciate it if you could tell me how could I do that or what I am missing. Thanks
