Voice Problem Over ASA UC proxy setup

Dear ,

I have asa uc proxy setup . And my cisco phone is getting registered in my call manager through asa uc proxy .

But my two phones are in usa  Phone A & phone B . Both are registered in call manager by ASA UC proxy(getting registered by Internet in callmanager ). 

And C& D Phones are in India Internet .

& E , F, G phones are in Mpls Network .................

Communication is  ok  from Phone A to C , D ,E ,F,G ................But When i am calling from Phone A To Phone B Then Voice quality is not good.

so, i would like to know the reason for the same .

Is it Internet Problem , Or Codec issue ......Or ISP issue..................Please help me on this issue..........

It is very interesting setup for learning & implementation .

Call manager is At Noida Location (India ). ASA Uc proxyt is also in INDIA.
