I have a customer who wants to enable FAC. I have the everything working, but the customer is requesting a voice prompt instead of just the beep tones. I did look through the admin guides and tried several google searches. Is this possible?

Start by mentioning whether this is CUCM, or CME and version, not just what you want to achieve, or issue.
